Welcome to Splash Shack, the epic little indoor water park designed exclusively for our rad little kiddos aged 1-10 (give or take). We’re stoked to provide your lil’ with their first water park adventure. Check out the necessary information below to ensure they have an unforgettable time at Splash Shack.

  • Paid admission is required to enter the Splash Shack no matter if you are going to participate in the water or on the play structure – please see our pricing for details. We reserve the right to request identification to verify guest age.

  • At no time may children age 15 and under be left unattended at our facility and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and older.

  • All children under 36″ tall must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the water and on the splash structure – children must ride slide alone – no double riding on slides.

  • Failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the facility. No refunds will be issued

  • Splash Shack is a kids indoor water park. You will get wet!

  • Splash Shack is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

  • For the safety of our guests, visibly sick children or adults can be asked to leave the facility at any time.

  • Waterslides are high thrill rides. Riders will experience steep declines, inclines, changing directions and high speed. Please exercise caution and good judgment if you have any conditions that might be affected by this.

  • Our slides have a minimum/maximum height requirement

  • However there is no height restriction for our play structure (only the slides – see statement above).

  • We have set aside an area just for little’s under 36″ and smaller to enjoy.

  • Please rinse off before entering any water attractions – this helps our water chemistry.

  • Do not swallow the pool water.

  • Prolonged exposure to chlorinated water may cause irritation to those with sensitive skin, eyes or asthma. Showering and taking breaks frequently may prevent irritation.

Admission to our facility may be denied/revoked without a refund issued for any of the following reasons:

  • The suspicion that the guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substance.

  • Evidence of open wounds

  • Guests not wearing proper swim attire (see our dress code)
  • Outside food/drink/drink coolers are not permitted

  • Large electronic devices – we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items

  • Splash shack is 100% tobacco-free. Smoking, vaping (including electronic cigarettes) and any form of tobacco products are not permitted anywhere on our property.

  • Lawn/Folding Chairs

  • Strollers

  • Inner tubes, mattresses, body boards or other floating devices and toys.

  • Magic markers, spray paint

  • Glass of any kind

  • Knives

  • Spiked Clothing or jewelry on the slides

  • Firearms/Ammunition

  • Mace/pepper spray

  • Chewing Gum

  • Pets

  • Splash Shack is a family park, so we expect all of our guests to behave in a family friendly manner, towards our staff, as well as to other guests.

  • Guests are expected to obey all rules, either written or verbally given by Splash Shack employees. Not obeying rules will result in ejection from the facility without a refund.

  • Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are offensive to other guests and will result in ejection from the facility without a refund.

  • Since we are a Kids Waterpark we ask that you keep with our family friendly environment and wear swim suits/attire that is not too revealing. For health and safety reasons, dress codes are strictly enforced.

  • Proper swim attire is required when riding any our slides and for participating in any water or on the water structure. Non-swim attire (I.E. Cotton, denim, street clothes, athletic wear and underwear/bras) and clothing with rivets, buckles, or exposed metal are not permitted.

  • Tattoos and clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted and shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution.

  • Park Admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate or too revealing.

  • You are required to remove your footwear, loose jewelry or glasses before entering our Splash Zone

  • Parents, Please take your children to the restroom often! All babies/toddlers who are not fully potty trained are required to wear a properly fitting swim diaper at all times (not a regular diaper). We have swim diapers available for purchase at the Snack Shack should you need one.

  • To maintain the privacy of our guests, camera images should be restricted to your family and friends. Conventional and cell phone cameras are strictly prohibited in locker rooms and restrooms.

  • By entering the play area, each guest grants Splash Shack the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her in the play area without payment or consideration for marketing purposes.

There is an inherent risk in participating in any water park or play center activity. We expect guests to exercise good judgement and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and utilize all safety equipment properly. Those who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund.

WALK INS

If you pay for admission and need to leave for any reason, refunds may or may not be issued and will be decided on a case by case basis by a manager.

PARTIES

  • If you would like to cancel your party with 7+ days before your party date, we will allow a full refund of your deposit.

  • If you would like to cancel your party and there are 4-6 days before your party date, we will gladly reschedule but we cannot administer a refund and the deposit will be forfeited if canceled.

  • If you would like to cancel your party with 3 days or less before your party, you will not be issued a refund of the deposit and will not be allowed the option to reschedule.

  • Swimsuit, Towels, maybe dry clothes and an appetite for fun.
  • To help us maintain a healthy, clean and safe space we ask that you limit your personal items to 1 bag per family
  • As a reminder Splash Shack is an indoor kids water park with lots of water. We strongly encourage you to leave large electronic devices such as laptops at home. If you choose to bring any type of electronic device into the water park Splash Shack will not be responsible for any damages that might occur to these devices.   • Strollers, wagons and coolers are not permitted. Please check with management if you have questions regarding baby carriers that have a stroller base.
  • Yes. Not drenched but it is a wet environment. Everyone might get wet even if you aren’t getting on the slides. The temperature in the building is set 82 degrees so that it is warm for wet bodies – if you are not getting wet please keep this in mind that you will be warm and humid. On our “beach” we have colorful Adirondack chairs for you to sit in.
  • To aid in safe traffic flow and accessibility we have placed our chairs in rows. We ask that you only take up chairs that are necessary for your group size. Remember your kids will be in the water the majority of the time, so please leave sets for other guests when possible and hang bags and towels over the back of the chair.

Please do not move the chairs for any reason.

  • *There is no time limit on your play time for the date of purchase
  • Tickets are only valid for a one time admission and readmission is not permitted. Once you leave our facility your ticket will not be valid for reentry. If you have a need to retrieve something from your vehicle please let a Crew member know before you exit the facility.

*During high traffic times we reserve the right to limit your play time if necessary for occupancy safety and to allow others to enjoy time at our facility without a reduction in admission.

  • As a reminder this is a “Family Facility” we designed our experience towards kids typically aged 10 years and younger to enjoy with their families.
  • Our water adventure requires all kids under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • No re-entry your ticket is only valid for a one-time admission per day.
  • Please speak to a Manger on Duty during your visit if you need to exit our facility for any reason.
  • We have 5 individual family style restrooms that can used to change your clothes. We also have 2 dedicated changing rooms and 2 open showers to rinse off. We encourage you to come ready to play as you will get wet.
  • We do our best to keep our indoor air temperature in the splash area is 82 degrees year round – it might be cold outside, but you will want to dress accordingly once inside the park (layer, change of clothes etc…) We encourage all visitors to wear comfortable summer attire while in the Splash Shack so they can enjoy the summer climate inside.

Splash Shack is a completely indoor facility and is open even if it is raining outside. Safety is our first priority and only in the event of severe weather (tornado, hail, etc…) would we be closed.

  • Although designed with kids in mind you and your kids will find lots of fun together on our 8,000 square foot play structure with 4 large slides and 3 medium slides, and various smaller character slides, as well as, tipping buckets, and large dump bucket. Additionally, our structure sits on a zero water depth splash pad – the only water depth is in the slide runouts.
  • For the safety of all sliders – we follow our slide manufacture height guidelines. The minimum rider height for our slides is 36″. The height restrictions only apply to the slides. Our slide structure, however, has no height restriction to be on it. Additionally, we have set aside an area just for little’s 36″ and smaller to enjoy. As a reminder, all kids under 36″ must be accompanied by an adult 18 and older at all times and in all areas of the shack.
  • Little Surfers will be measured at check-in and will be given a wristband to wear so that staff can identify rider heights. Signs are posted on all slides designated which heights can safely ride each slide.
  • For the safety of all riders must ride the slide on their own. Manufacturer guidelines have set the maximum weight for each rider at 250lbs.
  • Water shoes and goggles are allowed to be worn around the park. They may NOT be worn on any of the rides: Water shoes and goggle head strap can cause unwanted friction against the rider and the slide that could result in injury to the rider. Please do as the lifeguards ask.
  • The Splash Shack does not allow outside food and/or drink. The Snack Shack, our very own snack bar, has a wide variety of pre-packaged snacks and drinks, many gluten-free, milk and nut free options (prices vary from $1 – $3 tax included) pizza can also be ordered at our facility. We also have water fountains available.
  • If you have booked a party or a private event with us – please see your booking details regarding outside food and beverages.
  • We love our animals, but no pets are allowed inside Splash Shack. Animals of any kind (e.g., dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, lizards, snakes, pigs, hamsters, turtles, birds, tarantulas, rats, mice, monkeys, ferrets, mini-horses, etc.) are not allowed in the park, except for legally-defined service dogs or as may otherwise be required by law to assist those with disabilities (“disabilities” being defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws). If you claim to have a legally qualifying “service dog” you will be required to verify its legitimacy. A “service animal” is defined by law, and not by a person’s personal desires. For example, a “companion” animal, or an animal that brings “emotional comfort,” or a dog, which serves as “personal security,” does not qualify as a legal “service animal.” Even if a “service animal” is verified, and allowed to enter the park, please be aware that you are still responsible for controlling it at all times. A service animal is also prohibited from all rides because rides are built for people, and because animals cannot be safely contained or restrained on amusement rides, they would thereby pose a serious safety hazard. Animals are also prohibited from going into any water , because of hygiene concerns, in addition to safety concerns. Please understand that we may require removal of your service animal from park property if it poses a threat to persons or property, including without limitation, if it is unruly, threatening, aggressive (barking, snarling, biting at patrons, etc.) and/or if you are unable to always control your animal. You must make sure that your service animal has gone to the bathroom before coming to the park. It is prohibited to leave animals in a car while patrons enjoy the Park; in such event, animal control (or other government authority) may be called, and your car forcibly entered, to attend to the health or safety needs of an animal. You will have to pay all such costs involved in the rescue of any pet left in a car and may face animal cruelty charges from local authorities.
